We really like this app and the realtime dashboards it provides. Unfortunately the last update removed some visiblity of our sales/payments that we had in previous versions. One example is the ”Payment incomplete/subscription update” events on the payment tab where we can’t navigate on to the customer. It just contains Stripe’s customer id, which is a string of random letters.

Stöld av tillgångar!
Stripe bestämde plötsligt, utan närmare förklaring till mig att frysa nästan 17000 kr och betala tillbaka den här försäljningsintäkten till kunderna som handlat. Alla varor har blivit levererade av mig, vilket innebär förlorad försäljningsintäkt på nästan 20 k samt varor till inköpsvärde av nästan 10 k.
Jag har fortfarande inte fått någon närmare förklaring till varför detta hände, men jag kommer ALDRIG använda, rekommendera eller nyttja Stripe eller Klarna (som var anslutet till Stripe) som företagare igen.
Fruktansvärt dålig support som fortfarande inte gett mig en förklaring till varför de utan någon som helst anledning bestämt att stjäla mina ekonomiska tillgångar.
Jag ser detta som ren stöld och sabotage för mig som småföretagare. Jag har betalat alla avgifter, skickat in alla moms-, skatte-, registrerings-, ägar-, företagsbevis och upplysningar som existerar.

Good payment solution for small or new businesses
They charge small percentage for transaction fees For both incoming and out coming payments but i think they should remove the transaction fees on refunds

Stripe sucks in general
It’s soo weird I been sending them proof after proof after proof and I have to wait like month for my money to come to my bank account. I need my money to send product to my customers
All dropshipers are trying to avoid stripe because the customer service you have guys is terrible!!!

iPad Support??
While traveling for work, I use my iPad, and it is challenging / painful to not have it optimised for that device while trying to understand financial data and work across multiple apps at once.
Stripe is a fantastic platform, and on mobile — the experience is great. But this is causing me problems.

Great design. However, notifications and faceID login doesn’t always work. Works after restarting app but a bit annoying.
Edit: can’t login at all anymore. My account is a sub account to the main account FYI.
Edit2: Can login again with password but get logged out after a day or so.

The interaction is smooth and the UI is on a good level, not too complex nor too simple. And I love the notification when receiving a payment.
