Sonos Authentication requirement
An upcoming update to the Sonos API will require the user to authenticate before being able to control your Sonos devices.
To ensure a smooth transition, please authenticate in the Sonos provider.
This requirement will be rolled out to Sonos hardware starting July 1st.

Riktigt bra om man har en hub
Skaffa en Flic hub och knapparna fungerar 10x bättre. Utan hub skulle jag inte rekommendera knapparna.
Använder de flesta med Homekit och några gör direkta internet anrop till prylar med API.

Kul men alldeles för få integrationer
Fick tre knappar plus en twist av min fru i födelsedagspresent. Tänkte att jag skulle använda dessa att göra livet lite enklare. Twist har jag satt i köket och den kontrollerar Sonos. Funkade fint i ett dygn men sedan dess är den hel död. Har prövat att ta bort ur appen och installera igen men appen kan inte ens hitta den. En vanlig knapp tänkte jag skulle få styra våra dammsugare från Irobot men flic Garbo gen direkt integration med Irobot. Måste gå via IFTTT och där kan man vara göra två scenarion innan man behöver betala 499/år. I grunden en bra idé men måste ha mycket mer integrationer direkt i appen.

The ONLY Action/ integration that is needed is missing and been so for 3+ years… weird.

Quite worthless as the flic app doesn’t support iPhone shortcuts. Can’t really get than much use out of the app…

Tänkte kontrollera Homekit med den, men nej! Tänkte styra den för att skicka sms från iPhone, men nej! Kul idé, men nej! Väldigt begränsat vad man kan göra med knappen.

Man måste skapa konto och logga in, helt utan anledning. Det är Bluetooth, jag har köpt en produkt och kan inte använda den utan att dela med mig av kontaktuppgifter.
Flic är faktiskt rätt kass.

Why?
In the previous version of the app I could turn on or off my lights connected to Telldus from my iPhone without open the app.
Now in the latest version of the app I must open the app first!! Why??

Awesome app
Incredible app that lets you do almost anything you want with the click of a button. You can also connect your lights,speakers,smart home and more!!
If you ever get trouble with your Flic you can just send a message to the company and you will get answers almost immediately!!! Definitely worth the money!

Great product, great app
I use 8 buttons around my house, they all work like a charm and the app works as expected. I dont understand the recent bad reviews in the app store. Everything works well and the flic button is an easy way to get into home automation, the right way. Embrace technology folks! 😁

Garbage
This product and app is basically barely functional garbage. And the button more or less has to be right next to your phone to even work, so let's call it pointless garbage at that.

• Does not find the Trådfri hub
• The app is very messy
• Does not have Tile like feature to locate your button on a map - sad
• Flic hub is to big / ugly to be on my purchase list

Bad update!
My Flic isn’t found anymore and the battery is brand new :-(
Update: after restarting everything the Flic button appears now in the application... but the Hue bridge won’t connect anymore

Jag har två Flic-knappar. Den ena funkar, men lyser inte upp när man trycker. Den andra lyser upp i tre sekunder när man sätter i batteriet, men har aldrig gått att parkoppla som den ska.
Dessutom är det oerhört begränsat vad Flic kan göra med en iOS-enhet. Allt det där fantastiska som det skrivs om funkar inte med Apples begränsningar.
Att höra av sig till Flic och få byta knappen utan kvitto känns jävligt osannolikt med tanke på den kundservice jag hittills har fått, så det blir bottenbetyg helt enkelt!

Good idea, useless implementaion
The ide was great so I backed them. They were very late in delivering the buttons but for me that was ok. Better to have a quality product late then a crappy one on time. Then I got the buttons and started experimenting. It did not work exactly I would have hoped. Sonos for instance could only toggle "play", not start a specific playlist or simular. Fair enough, it is hard to integrate all various services. I patiently waited and saw various small updates that made services a bit better over time. All of this would have merited a 3 star review. The reason that have made me wait so long to review them and also made me rate them with 1 star is connected to one single issue.
The buttons lose track of the phone. Most of the time they complain about loosing the connection to Philips hue or my wemo. This makes them in essence useless. I dont know how often I have had to remove hue and wemo, reinstalling etc to get it to work for a few days.
It just gets annoying. Very annoying.
I have been one of their earliest and most patient customers. I have received countless marketing emails professing love and suggestions that I should buy more flics.
Why should I buy more of a non functioning product that have level of stability comparable with Windows Millenium and Kim Jong Un.

Can only get better
Neither the app, nor the concept of Flic reaches its purpose. Most of the available actions are very narrow in usability and some are just ridiculously useless. But the most important fact is that a Flic button is PERSONAL and connected to YOUR phone. If you for example configure a button to toggle lights in your home. It will only work if YOU are home as well as the phone being in reach for Bluetooth, when your wife tries to use that button. At first I was very exited and bought four buttons. Now, three of them is just laying there for no use. Also since the use of the buttons are limited due to the narrow functionality of each action, you need lots of buttons to really let the concept shine. But a Flic button is way to expensive to own twenty of them.

Doesn't work
The Flic Bluetooth is not very powerful so the device needs to be pretty close to the button. Even worse it does not reconnect to your device - for me that means the whole thing is useless as I got it to avoid having to use the phone. Great disappointment at this time. Let's hope the Flic team fixes this - until they do I would not get a Flic.

My flics doesn't automatically reconnect its Bluetooth connection when getting close to the phone. This makes the buttons quite useless right now.
