Doesn’t sync and very messy
Books downloaded in my phones app doesn’t sync to my pocketbook e-reader which I have informed support about but they keep saying they know and it will be fixed / but when????? Nothing is getting fixed! Also the app frequently crashes and it is in general a very messy app if you are trying to find your favourite section or whatever. And the cloud server constantly breaks it’s uploads so sadly it’s now the worst app in this category but I am forced to use it because my e reader is a pocketbook so I can not use any other app. So i am frustrated and I keep waiting for a serious fix! Shouldn’t pocketbook care more about their customers? I spent quite some money on a device that can not be used properly because of these issues.

Tredje gången jag installerar om appen, den buggar, vill inte starta, ibland öppnas E-böckerna i HTML-kod och appen byter till tyska. Värdelöst! Och det är denna som Adlibris använder, vill ha tillbaka pengarna för alla böcker som nu inte går att läsa på grund av detta.

Funkar som bäst sådär, svårt att komma ut ur en bok man läser i. Bilder zoomar inte in när man vill förstora. INTE intuitiv, får leta efter bättre app

Adlibris sa att jag bara kunde läsa min bok här, men så fort jag öppnar appen är den på Tyska? Men säger att den är på engelska men det är den inte. Fungerar inga att läsa boken och allt strular

Slöseri med tid.
Plötsligt fungerar den inte, från den ena dagen till den andra. Tyvärr verkar det vara den app som Stockholms stadsbibliotek rekommenderar . Vet inte hur många gånger jag installerat om, laddat ner, loggat in osv. Men.Nu.Skiter.Jag.I.Denna.App,

Funkar inte
Köpte en bok från Adlibris och tydligen så kan man bara använda PocketBook för att kunna läsa vissa böcker. Problemet är att jag inte ens kan ladda upp boken utan att få error-meddelanden osv. Ingen av förslagen jag fick från varesig Adlibris eller leverantören av appen funkade. Riktigt frustrerande. Efter 12 dagar fram och tillbaka så fick jag tillslut pengarna tillbaka för boken. Jag får hitta ett annat sätt att läsa den på som inte kräver PocketBook.

Urdålig!
Håller på och hoppar hit och dit. Lägger in konstiga symboler i texten. Inte helt lätt att ladda ner till heller, även om man gör precis som det står. Den som är van att läsa e-böcker via t ex Storytel eller Bookbeat kommer att bli besviken, men det finns tydligen inte något alternativ om man köper enstaka böcker från Adlibris i mitt fall. Adlibrisappen fungerar inte på vissa böcker man laddar ner därifrån.

Worst E-reader out there
Makes reading an e-book harder than it has to. Provides a bad user experience with an app even a tech-savy person can’t handle. The appearance of the books is not reader friendly and there aren’t enough customization options.

Drains 100% of battery
This app will drain 100% of your battery in case you leave your phone or iPad with this app still open.
The app is designed to override and prevent IOS automatic screen lock forever by default and does not provide any option in the settings to this override off.

Quite alright book reader
It’s your average reader with some basic settings for personalization. I use it mainly to read DRM-protected books.
I only wish you could enable “full screen” to be able to hide the status bar as it’s really annoying having it there when reading in the dark, which I like doing.

Not working?
Opened the app on my 2018 iPad Pro 11", and there was one German book loaded. Opened it as a test. It goes to full screen mode which there is no obvious way to exit and return to the start screen again. When zooming out, after 30 seconds of seeing some loading animation, I get an error message, and then back to the loading animation. Force quitting or turning on airplane mode does nothing. So now I have a non-working app installed.

Something is really wrong
Something is really wrong with this app. It keeps on updating the page i read all the time. Doesn't open files and it is hard to use. It is just annoying and I can't read anything because i keep on trying to keep my books open. The worst i have used so far.
Please, fix it. It bugs like nothing I've seen before.

One of the worst apps in terms of UX
I'm not following the logic behind the developers of this app. Why would closing a book via the three dots close the whole application?? Is it not more logically to get back to the dashboard??
Then when you restart the application the same book you just closed opens again. Then when you try to close it > it closes the whole application again > creating a endless feedback loop. The third or fourth time you do this process it finally get's you back to the dashboard. Good work guys!

Sync to cloud does not work
The app is useless since syncing between devices does not work. All I get is ”connection error”. I have to buy the book again in Google Books since this app does not work properly.
Update: when I finally got the app the app to uppload the book to the cloud, it is still not visible on my other device - ”no books added”.

Nice features, nice colors! But it flicker when i mark up text to highlight. Feels like there are some bugs need fixing. Why is it so hard to make a decent e-pub reader? Much better than Adobe digital though!!

Full of bugs
Keeps jumping back and forth between random pages. Does not automatically open at where I left off, so each time I open the app I need to manually search for the page I last read. Very frustrating, will not use again.

Good app, when it works
This app works really great for me… when it works.
Every now and then it needs an update and it will show it by completely crashing and burning.
The following are things you will experience in the weeks leading up to an update:
Want to download more than one document at a time? Good luck! It won’t be able to open any document after the first one, it might even crash and close the app in your face.
Want to be able to read the entire document? Sure, if you put text to audio, but you won’t be able to read along with the audio because the screen will only show select pages (usually only the first page of each chapter) and if you try to manually turn the page it will jump an entire chapter.
Want to use the cloud function between two devices? Haha! Yeah… you either won’t be able to even find the document on the cloud on your second device or you won’t be able to download to open it. There will be a lot of manual syncing and restarting of the app, and sometimes even opening and starting to read the document on one device before you’ll be able to find, download and read the document on the other device.
Want to delete a document? The app will crash and you will have to restart it after every deleted document.
But apart from the weeks before an update, this is one of my go to apps to download and read documents.

Without my consent it becomes the default app for a number of file types in the Files app (rtf, zip, etc). Very annoying.
Bad experience over all and the user experience is nowhere near Kindle and other user friendly apps
