Inte så dåligt som folk påstår, men???
Låset funkar visst, och är inte så dåligt som folk säger. Är väl snarare personerna som har problem med handhavandet.
Men däremot tycker jag att företaget är arrogant och lyssnar inte på sina kunder exempelvis har jag en Danapad, och jag kan inte ställa in om koden ska vara permanent eller tillfälligt. Det funkar inte med VoiceOver. Vill ju gärna kunna exempelvis ge hantverkare access till lägenheten och att koden inte går att använda. Så kära danskar! Ser gärna att ni fixar det så att det funkar med VoiceOver..

Så dåligt att det borde säljstoppas. Har haft mitt ett halvår och väntat på uppdateringar som skulle lösa problemet med ett genomuselt lås men det verkar som att det är så dåligt så att det inte går att lösa.
Fortsätt med nyckel eller köp något annat lås. Köper du detta kommer du att ångra dig ända tills du kastar det i återvinningen.

Nya buggar verkar dyka upp med varje ny version av appen. Nytt just nu är att alla menyer ger felmeddelanden om man går in under inställningar. Har två olika lås och en setup med HomeKit. Som tur är fungerar själva låset i alla fall.

Confusing and riddled w/bugs!
If I had known just how bad the app is I would not have bought this product. They must be paying off online reviewers b/c I haven’t seen this mentioned. It’s clear they have put no money into a good user experience...really confusing navigation, poor visual design, just overall very difficult to use and ugly. It’s also full of bugs...I’m getting all kinds of poorly formatted error messages and the bridge will not connect.
Junk! It’s great you have nice packaging but no one really cares when the app experience sucks so hard.

Jag har testat Yale Doorman, och flertal av de nu tillgängliga ”smartlock-systemen”
Alla system har alltid för och nackdelar
Danalock vinner dock i sämsta skitligan.
Förlåt det grova språket.
Jag är tekniknörd och väl kunnig inom styr och reglersystem med integration av olika tekniska system.
När jag installerat låsmodulen fungerade basfunktionen.
När jag intergrerade Z-wave dog enheten och efter långt samtal med supporten återkallade de denna och fick ny ersättare.
Den nya tappar låsfunktionen ”automatisk låsning” ca var 10 ggn
Det är inte kolven som blockeras utan låset försöker inte ens låsa.
DANALOCK har skjutit björnen innan den är skjuten.
De lovade en gateway hösten 2018. Idag okt 2019 är den fortfarande inte släppt pga teknikstrul

Two locks + Danapad been running for two months. A few minor issues with the app, but all in all great product. Auto unlock highly appreciatied. I also have integration with my Telldus Z-Wave system for access anywhere.

Danalock took away the function that you could remotely control the lock and unlock when you are not home.
They now force you to buy new hardware to get this function back. Very expensive to.

Barely Functioning
I’m sorry to say that this is bad, really bad. The HomeKit integration is flawed to say the least. Most of the time I can’t get any access at all from outside my home. I have other HomeKit devices that works flawlessly at the same time this lock is giving me trouble. Inside my home it works a little better but I can’t connect to my lock half of the time here either despite that I am very close to it.
THIS IS A LOCK TO MY HOME!
I need to feel like I can rely on it. This needs to be fixed ASAP. Probably will return the lock shortly.

Very close to be a perfect app
Auto Unlock works now most of the time. Geofencing is now much improved in the latest software being able to set the geofence radius.
Would be nice to see the status of the lock when bridged remotely, currently you see “status unknown”.
Other users’ unlocks notifications sometimes come very late (few hours late sometimes).

Crashes
After the latest update i crashes every time you try to open the app.

Rebooting the phone does not work.
And you still have to fix the fact that the lock goes in to failure mode every time you use a key to open the door.

Really, really lousy HomeKit-support
For HomeKit-supported Danalocks (V3), all you can do with the Danalock-app is lock and unlock. All other functionality advertised is NOT supported; no possibility to invite guests, no possibility to change settings, nothing!
The vendor blames this lack of functionality on Apple Home (they say: ‘once connected to HomeKit, the lock is controlled by the Apple Home-App and if it doesn’t have the same functionalities as the Danalock-App.... too bad’.). This is simply false marketing and a failure to take responsibility for supporting your products with the features you claim to provide. Really poor and lazy attitude too.

Highly unpredictable
Hardware feels solid but the software feels like prototype. Over time I would say remote opening works 50%. It works for a couple of weeks and then not at all for a month. I tried 10 times inviting my self, making new accounts and so on and still not working. I can not be the only one with this issues
