WebbyGuard is an AI-powered web browser designed to create a safer online environment for children, working alongside and enhancing the built-in Web Content filtering features of Screen Time.
Ensure a safer Browse experience for your child with WebbyGuard. This app dynamically analyzes web content in real-time using Google's Gemini AI. Instead of relying solely on static blocklists, WebbyGuard assesses content contextually, considering a content check specification you provide, for a more tailored protection.
Key Features:
- AI-Powered Safety Checks: Leverages Google Gemini API for real-time analysis of web page content. If potentially unsafe content is detected from a snapshot of the page, an alert is shown, and navigation can be redirected to a safe homepage.
- Works with Screen Time: WebbyGuard is designed to complement Apple's Screen Time. While Screen Time provides robust domain-level and explicit content filtering, WebbyGuard adds an extra layer by analyzing the content of allowed pages.
- Configurable Homepage: Set a trusted starting point for your child's Browse sessions.
- Customizable AI Context: Provide a content check specification to help the AI make more appropriate safety judgments.
- PIN-Protected Settings: Keep the app's configuration secure with an optional numerical PIN.
