Works fine
I think it works perfectly fine, love that it’s multiplatform, smooth and clean.
My only wish is that I could choose between icon view and list view since I prefer a list view. Other than that, it’s perfect.

Changing from Google but logos are small for each account

Unstable
Did not like this app at all. Crashes frequently and I had a weird bug where all my icons in Authy just got replaced by a blue key, without being able to change it. Reinstall didnt change it. Changed to Microsoft authenticator.

Awesome but where is Dark mode?
awesome app, Works great! The best actually! But missing dark-mode and an alternate grid View with key preview to save some time.

1. View as list.
2. Double-tap to copy code.
3. Custom logo.
Ignore the last, schedule the second, but make list view happen.

Best Authenticator Ever
Best authenticator ever with cloud sync but -2 stars for:
- no scrolling when arranging tiles
- stopped finding logos after I found some (got 50+ tokens)
- Instagram logo very small
- Adobe logo even smaller
- no logo syncing with desktop app
- no in-app support link/chat/feedback

Good but misses a few things
Wish list:
* Dark mode för iOS 13.
* Ability to add custom icons (not just select from a predetermined list).
* Multiple app icons for the home screen.
With these features, it'll be 5/5!

From iOS 13 Authy does not work at all together with VoicOver.

Good but can be improved
Been using Authy for a long time. Overall very good but some things can be improved. The UI is a bit clunky on iPhone X . Especially when swiping up the tab with the icons. Consider moving it a bit higher up since I find myself opening the iOS app switcher from time to time. Feature suggestion: double tap code to copy to clipboard. This would allow me to paste on my computer with iCloud Universal Clipboard and save me loads of typing :)

Best 2 factor app with room for improvements
First of all, I love the encrypted backups and to able to lock the app with a pin. The sync feels safe, both aspects of security and reliability. But what I think is missing now is have a way to better organize the accounts. Right now I have 40+ accounts, and it's mixed with private and work related accounts. I think this can be solved by have the option to add folders or place accounts into categories or something similar.

Regarding the comment about,"no different to google autenticator"
It makes ALL the difference if you know how to use it.
To be able to sync these private keys makes it so easy to use and the little loss in security is nothing compared to that it makes OTP actually usable.
So if you EVER plan to have multiple authdevices OR just have to reinstall the OS there's no other alternative then this great solution for FREE!

Great
Really slick app. I'm using it on both my iPhone and iPad. The sync between devices is great.
I like the UI, prefer it over Google Authenticator.
However, the UI on iPhone can improve. I would prefer if the bottom menu would be larger than one row.

Don't update!
The pre-iOS8 version of this app was a really nice alternative to google authenticator because its UI was able to rotate into landscape mode on an iPad sitting normally on a desk. Apparently they have spent 6 months figuring out how to break that functionality and now there is no reason to use this app over google authenticator.
