NOTE: To enable this application your employer must have Unit4 Business World On! server software installed and configured.

Unit4 Timesheets is a powerful and easy to use app that allows you to keep track of the timing you spend in multiple projects simultaneously. It lets you enter time manually or clock in at the beginning of your day and clock out when you leave from a single screen and when finished, add a consolidated time entry to each project.

All the features it provides together with its clean and simple-to-use interface, Unit4 Timesheets is a very handy app for people who spread their time among many projects throughout the day.

The app now supports the MobileIron® mobile device management environment. Organizations using MobileIron to manage their mobile applications can securely access their Unit4 Business World On! server and ensure compliance with the organization's device and mobile application security policies.

Use the Timesheets app to:

- Add, edit or delete your timesheet entries online or offline

- Copy entries from last period

- Distribute remaining hours according to work schedule

- Enter hours for yesterday or today straightaway from the home screen

- Enter hours for future periods

- Record time spent - e.g. meetings and transfer it to your time sheet

- Set up a local timesheet reminder

- A recently used combination of project, work order, activity etc. from a list can be selected

Special features:

- Tap and hold on code combinations to see more information

- Slide right to use magic wand for row in code view entry mode

- Slide left to set 0 hours in code view entry mode

- Go landscape for view familiar in Unit4 Business World On! Web and Smart Client

Deletes rows

Horrible, deletes rows of time when description is changed. Then u have to go to Unit4 erp on the computer to fix things, and dont even get me started on unit4 erp, we used microsoft before that was heaven compared to this crap...the ui looks like something from the 90’s....

Rätt ok, men aningen begränsad

Smidig och funkar rätt bra, förutom i Dark Mode på iOS 13.7. Det blir vit text på vit bakgrund, dvs texten försvinner.

Saknar också att kunna registrera utlägg via appen. Det måste man fortfarande göra via webbsidan verkar det som.

Crappy UX. No support. Don’t buy.

Try changing hours without seeing the figure. And that’s just a tiny tiny thing. Run away. Fast!

UX gives me heart attack

I tried it out once, and was able to log in. Then I gave up and uninstalled the app. Never seen worse, and I felt my life drift away.

UNIT4 are user user hostile

I have been using UNIT4 Agresso at my workplace for a number of years now. Even if I understand the importance of standardized solutions and that time reporting is a necessity that can be quite boring, I’m really amazed how difficult a company can make it for its users. I won’t go into the details of the application or web interface, as this is a rating of the app, but even if the intention is good: to make it easier for the users to report their time, the result is horrible!

Security is good and I support the ability to have a client certificate in the app for authentication - but I haven’t even been able to configure the app. The process of checking out and importing a certificate to the phone involved long URL:s that have been copied and pasted, and then the procedure has to be repeated with another URL to verify whatever. A verification that fails.

Why not generate a configuration file for each user with the relevangt settings and just parse it? Why send the user through a number of steps that have a high risk of failing?

I’m not a computer illiterate, in fact I’m a developer with extensive knowledge and experience of operating systems, security and iOS. And I still fail configuring the Agresso app.

Shame on you! If I was the CEO or CFO of my company you would be kicked out the 2 second way down to the street: that is through the window.
