Since the last update it just crashes when I open my tickets that I’ve saved in the app

App charge me twice, DB stole my money!!
I had used this app for about one week until one morning it CHARGED ME TWICE. I wanted to get a day ticket so I wasn’t very happy when I got NO ticket and 15€ taken from my account. And I still had to buy a ticket from a machine. I understand that bugs happened so I definitely thought everything would be okay if I just reported this to DB. When I contacted DB’s customer service it took them ONE MONTH to respond. They wanted to give me a gift card at DB but I obviously wanted my money back again. Since I don’t have the ticket I bought from the machine to show as proof that I am not lying, they refused to give me my money back.
So not only am I very disappointed in the app and would NEVER use it again. I am extremely disappointed in how DB is treating their customers.

Login does not work for me. I am sure there is a local logical reason for it but it is not customer friendly. I cannot use the app but only web site.

Meh
It’s as German as it gets: it does what it needs to do, but in which way...
I was in Germany one week ago, bought tickets with the app, no problem... AFTER needing to reset my password that apparently is not stored in iPhone’s iCloud Keychain.
This week, I want to hop on the first S-Bahn after landing, and with the mobile network being as it is in Germany (not what you’d expect from such a vast economical power), I end up fiddling for about ten minutes to reset the password.
The setting in the app is set to store the password, so I see no other explanation other than: it kicks me out after having been outside Germany OR the app updated and therewith lost the password.
Frustrating, and yet: it does what it needs to do, after three stations without a valid ticket.
It’s cool that one can ise it in the whole (?) of Germany though, for all (?) public transport.

Würde gern die Apple Watch Extension ausprobieren…
…leider stürzt die App sofort ab. Die Watch Extension kann sich gar nicht erst verbinden. Doof.

I'm Swedish and i using this application when i looking for trains from Ladenburg to Mannheim and Heidelberg.
Before that i used the website, this is weltclasse
