Not working

By far the worst airline app I have seen. When you select check in and add a booking it takes you to a page where you buy tickets rather than providing the booking reference and other necessary information to find your actual booking. I actually don’t think that it’s possible to check in based on booking reference with is app which for me would be the primary use case for it.

not customer friendly

when you build an APP for consumer, why don’t you design it so that consumers can understand it.
From a UI/UX point of view, this is one of the worst airline APPS in the industry

Absolutely terrible. App can’t find LX-flight with any booking or e-ticket number. Web page works (advanced option only) but the sms with boarding pass never shows up (iPhone). Just awful, all of it.

Terrible

Overly complicated totally non-user friendly. Takes ages to perform a simple check-in.
Swiss idea of perfection turned into disaster. Really don’t like this app.

Nice graphics but

Its hard to get everything right, I have done checkin process three times and still not clear where my boarding passes go. Graphics and fonts are amazing but your service design team needs to do better.

Checkin does not work

Constant issue with check in.
I can never succesfully check in via the app. The process instead result in error messages that are unhelpful.

Terrible

Can't add more than 1 booking at a time. Can't remove old bookings. Had to delete then re-install to add a new booking. Slow and completely unintuitive. The only positive thing I can say about this app is that the airplane loading animation is very nice. I'm guessing 99% of the budget for this app was spent there.

Skulle kunna varit bra

Om man bara kunde se HELA sidan med flight-information. Sidan går inte att scrolla ner (på Iphone 5). Nu måste man göra sökning både på Avgång och Ankomst för en och samma flight om man vill se båda tiderna.

Horrible app

Not much use if the booking/check-in system does not work

Swiss is definitely one of the best airlines... but even the best app is useless if the booking and check-in system does not work properly or is not reachable when you need it. I cannot really rate how good the app is if the online systems that it relies on are pure crap...
