Nothing is perfect but for me this app is pretty close. I have been using this app for many years and still love it. Excellent flexibility, clear interface and beautiful design.

Sadly it seems to be dying ...
Been using 2Do for many years and I have been very satisfied tvrough the years.
Unfortunately, the development seems to have stalled the last years. A dark mode that was ”promised” in 2018 is still not implemented. That’s just one small example. The development is non-existing.
My fear is that there will come to a point when 2Do gets even bigger problems with the future updates of iOS. According to a message they (rather ’he’, since it is one person) are working on a total rewrite of the app, but there is no ETA. And the new version will be either a paid vetsion or a subscription based. Which I interprete as my already paid licence od 2Do will not give any discount. So ti be honeT: the lack if updates, and the fact that they can’t mention when a new version will be released has made me feel forced to move to another app.

It is so hard sync stuffs between iPad and an iPhone, and it is annoying that I need to buy for Mac even after I payed for a mobile version

Update 2018: Best USP for this app is that it is a no need for subscription model. Pay once and use it forever.

Update 2017: Men i och med att iphones egen påminnelseapp blivit bättre så finns inte många funktioner kvar att önska från en tredjeparts app. Så nackdelar som ett komplext UI/UX väger mot snygg design och många funktioner. Den får sänkt betyg till en 4:a. Men troligen bäst i klassen när man väger pris och funktion.
Ps. Den kan likt påminnelse appen synkas med Siri.

2013: Har testat flera appar men denna var bäst om man vill ha många bra funktioner. Enda nackdel är att den kunde vara lite enklare att använda. Tänk på att det mesta i din kalender är ToDos och borde hamna här istället. De uppdaterar och förbättrar ofta!

Greatest app for life organization.
This is the strongest contender to the OMNI group.
This application has a much more straightforward and fresh approach, while OMNI's alternative is big and clumsy to navigate.
I really recommend 2Do.

2Do is now free with a "Pro" option.
Transition has been great and clear. The developers are really providing a honorable, transparent and exemplary update to this application.

Kanon!
Använder 2do både i min iPhone, iPad och Mac och de synkar alla uppgifter utan problem. Har provat en massa olika att göra-program (OmniFocus, Toodledo, Remember the milk etc), men har kommit fram till att 2do är det absolut mest kraftfulla alternativet för mina behov på grund möjligheten till att anpassa i stort sett alla funktioner. Det finns en del designmissar som gör att appen inte är helt intuitiv, men på det stora hela ett mycket bra verktyg för att få ordning på alla saker som måste göras i vardagen och på jobbet.

A smooth experience
The biggest advantage I find with 2Do compared to other similar apps is how clutter-free it is while still having some advanced options there for the users who want them. Nicely designed.

På svenska, logisk och strukturerad. Synkar perfekt mellan dator, telefon och padda. Så enkel eller så komplex som du vill ha upplägget. Absolut en måste-app för den som har många bollar i luften att ha koll på.

Now with support for ownCloud CalDAV I finally can use this application, it is perfectly designed and have great and stable performance. Highly recommend. Please fix ownCloud CalDAV support for the OSX version too.

Just crossplatformfunktionen är mycket bra. Pricken över i när den kom till MacOS nyligen.

En mästerlig app
2Do är en av de bästa att-göra-apparna som absolut kan mäta sig med de mer välkända som OmniFocus och Things. Själv bytte jag från OmniFocus och är oerhört nöjd. Jag kan hantera allt från mina iOS-enheter och det finns ett flertal synkroniseringsmöjligheter. Appen är snygg, snabb, stabil och låser inte användaren vid en viss metodik. Det finns många smarta funktioner och utvecklarna jobbar ständigt på nya funktioner.

I was so happy before, now with the new upgrade I'm so disappointed with the app. It's much less personal and cold interface, and IT'S SO SLOW TO LOAD BETWEEN LISTS! I'm so sorry I have to stop use the app after this upgrade.

Great app!
No other 2do app can compete, this app is outstanding. Only drawback is the completely unprofessional feel of the Swedish language version. It is confusing at best - most of time the text doesn't make sense at all. Let someone who actually speaks the language check the wording - or remove the version.

The app is very user friendly, clear colors and features.
What I do miss however is the following:
* Tasks that begins a date and has an end date.
* Also I'd like to have a count down function.
I should be able to see tomorrows
* Tasks in a tab marked with the number of tasks when I open the calendar but I don't want to see them when the calendar is closed. That stresses me out!
* The sync is not reliable and tasks I deleted are red marked after being removed and/ or checked off.
* Also, it's slow to start and get a new window to pop up inthe program.
Tips on how to handle this would be VERY appreciated!!
I know that more people have this issue.

Bättre och billigare än Things
När jag köpte 3GS var Things ett av de första App som jag köpte 75kr. Den är enkel att använda men efter ett tag kändes den även enkel på ett negativt sätt.
Efter töntigt lång tvekan köpte jag denna App och den är underbar. Jag har alltid gillat flikar som jag kan färgsätta och namnge och jag kan efteråt sortera ordningen på nolltid.
Förutom att skriva vad jag ska göra kan jag skapa ljudfiler (en sjukt snygg gammal kasettbandspelare som rullar när jag spelar in, spelar upp och spolar tillbaka när meddelandet är klart). Ljudfilen (aif) kan jag även mejla. Och självklart kan jag lägga in bilder också.
Jag gillar också att man i Idag-fliken eller Alla-fliken (som visar framtida uppifter) ser vilken flik varje uppgift tillhör. Jobbar du med olika projekt ska du inte bara ha en flik som heter "Jobb" utan en flik för varje projekt. Jag har även flikar som "Familjen" och "Hälsa".

Bra App men saknar att den repeterar larmet, man missar lätt en påminnelse då larmet bara "tutar" ett par gånger. När detta är löst kommer det vara en jättebra app

Tycker om appen i stort. Treu saker saknas dock för att jag ska kunna ge en stjärna till. Behöver kunna sätta in en start och avslutnings tid, en överskådlig månads överblick av ens händelser och sist men inte minst att den går att synka med Iphonens kalender och telefonbok. Även för icke Mac användare.

Har testat många todo-program, men denna vinner på alla sätt och vis. Fantastiskt välgjort med snygga animationer och logisk uppbyggnad.
Saknar svensk översättning dock, någon som känner sig manad? =)
