** Timezone: 1. Location Forecast: local time at the forecast location 2. All other times according to the preset time for the device.

Lack of support makes this program useless

With its nice graphics and plentitude of information displayed, this rather expensive weather program should have all the potential of being a valuable asset for the iPhone user. The developer says in the description of the program that the availability of one's home city should be checked on the Weather Online homepage before purchase. I did so to confirm that it was in the data base. However, after installation of the program on the iPhone and attempts at finding my home city it turned out that it was not in there. Thus the homepage data base seems to differ from the data base available in the iPhone version. I have sent several e-mails to the developer to ask about this problem but did not receive any answer. I therefore had to delete Weather Online from my iPhone, because it was totally useless without information from a nearby city.
