Why the bad reviews?

There is nothing wrong with the app. I guess just because it’s a Chinese company you have to give bad grade.
There is no other 3D company that can compare to Bambu Lab in user ability.
Download and print directly from the app, remotely from outside you home start a print, remotely watch at your print.
Of course there are some bugs but that’s nothing.
