PUSH is about building muscle as fast as possible - with science. We achieve this with an AI built on published research. You don't have to take our word for it, you can tap the referenced articles throughout the app as you use it (just look for the yellow microscope).
- Our workouts are based on scientific research and your training data over time. There’s no secret, you can view exactly how everything works in the app and read the references for yourself.
- PUSH generates a program based on your experience, sleep, gender, stress and time available to train. We fine tune your volume, frequency, rep range and exercise selection based on published research relating to these factors.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current subscription period. Automatic renewals will cost the same price you were originally charged for the subscription. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

PUSH is about building muscle as fast as possible - with science. Get workouts built based on the latest evidence for muscle hypertrophy individualised to you. We use a sophisticated progressive overload algorithm to make you stronger, break plateaus and make some sick gains.
New functions added under the hood for calculating rep ranges for each exercise based on how fatiguing the exercise is, what position it's in on the day, the rest of the exercises that target the same muscle, if the exercise is a compound and wether or not the exercise is unilateral.
A big in-app notification comes up letting you know when it's getting close to trial-end time, the notification must be dismissed before you can use the app so you can't miss it!
Exercise notes now appear in history view (with charts!).
Fixed some text that gets clipped if you choose large text sizes from accessibility
You can now cancel your subscription inside the app from the settings screen.
