Bitdefender Password Manager is the ultra-secure password manager service built on top of Bitdefender’s long history of elite detection, protection, performance, ease of use and unique user experience.
Forget about using the same five passwords over and over again. Forget about the need to constantly come up with new and strong options. Forget about having to remember which password goes with which account.
Bitdefender Password Manager gives you end-to-end data encryption. We help keep your passwords safe and your mind free from password clutter.
• Strongest known data security protocols – equipped with AES-256-CCM, SHA512, BCRYPT, HTTPS and WSS protocols for data transmission. All data is encrypted and decrypted locally, the account holder alone having access to the Master Password.
• Runs and syncs on multiple platforms and browsers – wherever you need us: desktop browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge ) or as a mobile app. Once saved, you can access your passwords from a PC, a Mac, or a mobile device running iOS or others, with the help of a single Master Password.
• Imports your data easily – from Bitdefender Wallet, 1Password, Bitwarden, Chrome browser, Dashlane, LastPass, Firefox browser, Sticky Password, and a multitude of file formats such as json, csv, xml, txt, 1pif and fsk.
• Your very own password strength advisor – we believe in “better safe than sorry”, so we provide you with a password strength check that tells you immediately if a password needs more complexity. Plus, we have the hassle-free option to generate random and extremely complex passwords with a single click if that works better for you.
• Secures your shopping experience thanks to credit cards management feature–autofill in your payment details and store them securely to save precious time with every online order.
• Simplifies the management of your online identities – autofill different online forms with personal data without any worries: all data is encrypted locally, and no third party has access to it.
