Beskrivning

Pak identity is NADRA’s Online identity issuance service for Pakistani citizens that provides an end-to-end solution for applying for identity card. NADRA has launched this app to facilitate Pakistani citizens to apply for following identity documents
• Modification of CNIC
• Renewal of CNIC
• Reprint / Lost of CNIC
• New NICOP
• Modification of NICOP
• Renewal of NICOP
• Reprint / Lost of NICOP
Functionalities:
• Account creation with email, mobile number and biometric verification.
• User login through biometrics (Fingerprints / Facial)
• User-based inbox with a list of all applications
• Interactive data acquisition
• ICAO-based photograph capture through the mobile camera.
• Fingerprints acquisition through mobile camera
• Digital signature capture through the mobile touchscreen
• Document upload through both mobile cameras and by uploading files
• Attester verification through OTP

Literally worse app I mean why u guys aren’t taking action like I have takes 50 photos but your system don’t get any or them I follow all the steps of how to do that but still failed of it’s like that how are we who live overseas will apply on time?? We can’t if we get the facilities like that who don’t even work

Absolutely corrupt application yet no one is giving a flying dime to fix it. Why NADRA is not taking any action ???

Biometric verification function does not work

I do not know who created this app, but it is as useless as the person who programmed it, the biometric function never works.

Very bad experience

I used application on iPhone 15 pro max and it's garbage application because I filled all personal information but still receiving error that fill mandatory fields. Then I filled that information on pc, again when filled verifier data, as verifier mobile no was not a Pakistani no and it was 9 digits so again error, must enter 10 to 11 digits but same number accepted on PC. Need improvement.

Really laggy app dont work properly

The login screen laggs out on iPhone X as soon as you try to write something, the whole thing is broken When just writing anything. I’m trying to add my fingerprints but can’t get pass verifying people, it does not accept the phone number and gives error that there is not enough numbers in the field, when adding an extra one it dose not like it. How ever the number works on the web. I can’t add my finger prints because I can’t get pass this screen.
