Memberships cost $7.99 per month or $49.99 per year (prices for non-United States customers will vary) and will be charged to the user's iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off from the user's iTunes Account Settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
