Needs upgrade!!!
Very happy with this app. But it needs to be upgraded to work with Apple Watch!!! Almost everybody have a watch these days. And it needs a funktion for it. Lock/Unlock, a drive mode change, and maybe a km counter. Think about it!

Låst läge.
Kommer inte in på appen, lyckas inte få bluetooth att parkoppla med min iPhone. Står -0 när jag slår igång den, är låst på driven. Hur i helvete fixar man detta? Bara kört 10km!

Usel
Efter senaste uppdatering av appen kan jag inte komma in på inställningar på scootern i appen. Efter appen hittar min scooter och att jag klickar på den i listan händer inget. Går inte att använda appen längre. Vad är detta??!!

Varning
Ingenstans står omnämnt att appen vill uppdatera firmware, till 1.7x, och därmed låser scootern till max 20km/h. Går inte att ångra. När ni registrerar, välj USA som land, då får ni åtminstone 30km/h.
Scootern är köpt med +30km/h men efter uppdatering låst till max 20km/h.
Är det ens lagligt av Segway att göra på detta sätt utan att varna?

Comparatively good application but needs improvement
A very good application with good features but needs some improvements
1. Riding screen turns off automatically after a while. Need to unlock the phone again to see it
2. There is no satlite view in the ride map
3. There is no detailed analytics like altitude, average speed, speed graph, avg speed per kms etc.. fairly easy to implement
4. The ride history video has a problem that the arrow movement in the video is not smooth

I can’t use the app
It says that i have to update but when i try to update it says that I can’t do it. It says that if you can’t update you are supposed to click help but it’s just a white screen when i click it

Can’t log in! The app says ”you are offline” when I obviously have internet connection. Tried both with wifi and mobile data.

Fullkomligt usel app. Bara det att man hälsas välkommen med en dialog på kinesiska. Trevligt land med schyssta människor, men omöjligt att förstå språket
Trots att jag skapar konto med ”logga in med apple” accepteras i te det utan jag krävs på ytterligare en epostadress.
Det blir inget segwayköp för mig!

Useless if your scooter is stolen.
You can literally see the thief ride you scooter charge it and change settings everyday. But you cant do anything about it. Segway ninebot won’t do anything about it either!
If you get any of their scooters, get a thick lock and pray no one steels it.

Funktionslös = Värdelös och låg säkerhet
Appen ger dig inga mervärden på en elscooter, men du måste registrera dig och elscootern i appen för att kunna köra. Säkerheten överlag på en Segway elscooter är extremt dålig. Vem som helst med appen kan ta över din elscooter och para den som sin! Jag har provat. Finns inte heller GPS så att du kan spåra den om den blir stulen. Lås fysiskt eller helst av allt ta med den.

Removed functionality + vital bug
1. The lock password the previous app had is removed in this version.
2. When locking it, it “forgets” that it’s been locked. So anyone can simply take it during the night, as it all OPEN even though you locked it. The locking functionality worked with the previous app.
