Buggy and annoying

It is really impossible to use this app.
First of all it doesn’t remember where you left off, be it in e-books or audiobooks. Every time you return to the app you need to search for that exact spot you were on. Switching off background refresh doesn’t help either. I had to take screen shots during a particularly long audiobook to help me remember where I left off.
Second bug is that it’s next to impossible to select text to copy into a note. The screen floats under the selection, so that there’s no full control over the handles. Often the selection resets or ”copy” option never appears and you have to start again and again untill you get lucky. How the developers could pass under Apple’s user experience radar is a mystery to me.
The last but not least is autoblocking of background audio. I can’t listen to music when I read e-books in this app without resorting to special tricks. There’s no toggle in the app, which is extra annoying.
