Bluetooth paired Unsuccessfully
Unstable, couldnt pair my brand new divoom backpack to the app via bluetooth, the Led screen is blinking all the time in the bag, no info nor support

Not able to search for pixel art
When i downloaded the app the search bar was available but as soon as i connected timebox mini via bluetooth, the search bar dissappeared and the whole app looked different. The only way to get the search bar back was to disconnect the timebox and reinstall the app. But when i reconnected the timebox, the search bar dissappeared again! Is this some glitch?

Doesn’t want to log in
When I got this I expected to get in directly after registering my account turns out it doesn’t. What the hell.

App no longer functional - requires login
Have used the app in the past and it was fine, but it can only be used with a login. The user no longer seems to authenticate and a new user can’t be created so the app is unusable. Have not tried logging in with Facebook, not do I want to. The box still works fine as a portable speaker, but it’s disappointing to lose the other functions.

Alarm doesn’t work
Bought a Divoom TimeBox to use as an alarm clock. Problem is that the alarm doesn’t always go off when set to. Totally unreliable.

I really like the combo of screen and speaker. But I expected to be able to define a count down timer with any time.
Would also like to send messages.
