Reliability issues
Provided it does what it promises this app would be great. Interface is understandable and easy and the video controls are fine.
The issue is the actual video playback. I’m not talking stream quality, as so long as the internet connection is good enough, the stream itself is high quality, but rather that I get reliability issues within the app.
I just sat through a tense final quarter continually having to “rewatch” the stream because of continual errors that stop the playback and provide the generic error message “Something went wrong. Please try again”. This has been going on for the last two years or so.
Other issues include difficulties to return to live playback (it randomly skips back to some other point in the match), and some issues using with Chromecast (TV suddenly stops showing the stream with a message “Ready to stream” and audio then coming from my phone).
I almost never have issues when watching though a browser,” against the same network, so I’m inclined to think that all of these issues are due to the app itself.
