Good, but…
I miss the previous statistics overview where you’d get graphs of clients over time, etc. This was really useful but has now been removed. Please stop removing useful and fully functioning features like this. Adding an updated UI doesn’t have to mean sacrificing functionality.

I frequently get thrown out and when trying to login again it says the password or username is wrong, which it’s not.
Sometimes it says “handled by other”. By who?!

Always times out
I can login via browser on ios devices, but the app always times out with ”requesting SDP offer”. Not the smoothest experience.

Unifi ecosystem
Love the ecosystem, the app is sometimes better than the GUI on a desktop. It misses some features, but a great app.
The downside is that the App sometimes doesnt allow me to change channels on APs. There are no channels to chose from and only HT20 availible. Wierd, dno if its a CK problem or app problem, but I can switch channels in thr GUI of a browser, so probably an app problem.

Satisfied app
This is a satisfying app for handling my UniFi-network. Most settings and controll can be handled from this app. Some settings have to be done from the web-site. It is not difficult to handle, but it whould be nice if it could be done from the app insted.

So far, after hours of testing and phone support the device won’t work. Have a final call in a few days but hopes are vanishing that this highly recommended product will ever work.

Love the App
I now have replaced all Network components to Ubiquiti ones and it’s so great to have a view of what’s going on in the network!
Still i’m using the Edge Router 4 instead of the Unifi one and that’s a pitty that Ubiqiti didn’t add support for the Edge routers to display Traffic information and others!
Hopefully they will come up with a better firewall than the USG so I can make use of the app in full!

Great App
First, the Ubiquiti / Unifi software itself is good. The app feels just as polished.
Sure, it has somewhat fewer features, but that’s expected for a mobile app (smaller screen).
I think it’s good that the desktop UI remains the no. 1 priority.

Remote access Stopped working over 4g
Used the app for a couple of days with no issues. Suddenly stopped working when off-site, on 4g or other WiFi.
Only works locally.
Many users on ubnt forum with same issue!

Har haft massor av problem med min Ubiqity Dream Machine. Det är visserligen inte appens fel men Ubiqity presenterar det hela som ett paket. Då får man även recensioner på samma sätt.
Allt jag kan säga är; håll er långt borta fram tills (om) Ubiqity har fått ordning på torpet. Det här är inte som det ska vara.

Crashes when tapping my NVR
The app used to work fine, but with this version it crashes as soon as i tap the NVR to connect to. Would appreciate a quick solution to the issue.

Problem med anslutning
Har försökt många gånger att ansluta till min Unifi PRO Access Point utan att lyckas. Tycker att jag följt alla anvisningar men lyckas ej få det att fungera. Efter flera Restore to Factory ... lyser inte ens Led-lampan vit för den lyser som tidigare konstant bara ljusblå hela tiden. Vad är detta för konstig apparat?

Impossible to connect to standalone AP
This has always been an issue and the app says it has finished a few sec after scanning the code but there is no way to set up the AP after that.

Doesn’t support different languages
From 5 down to 3 stars, just because no language settings. Yes, for me it’s important to be able to change language in the app.
Please, let us, the users, set preferred language and do not force us to be stuck with an extremely bad translation!

latest update, can’t complete installation
After updating to the newest update. All functions are working except one. When trying to complete the setup for a new unifi unit. After doing all the setting, when the access point reset the app freezes so I need to install it on the computer. Tried it with three different phones. All IOS though. Otherwise it would be a full five stars review.
