Doesn’t work with Netgear Orbi
Tested it with Netgear Orbi for a few weeks. Orbi picks up devices and their names fast. Circle doesn’t, even after a week. Content blocking does not work well. Tried 4chan.org from an iPad with Kids profile, was not blocked and just marked in Circle’s device history as “Generic” or whatever. iOS Screen Time and Safari’s own blocking seems to work better.
Maybe I should reach out to support, but if it’s this difficult to get going I’m not planning to pay for this anyway.

See many Netgear use this, Orbi use it for parent control. And you need to pay for Pro for most things you need when you pay high for netgear device is really really Bad. They should have give Pro with Orbi devices.

Refix
It was great solution to control kid’s play time with that beautiful interface and so simple usage but unfortunately i faced a lot of bugs after a few days.
1- the play time i made always changed by itself n i have to reset it again and again.
2- the off time never works n i have to activate it manually.
3- the devices disappeared suddenly from a user list or moved to another user.
I was disappointed by a failure with such a main features.

Internet time only in premium
Netgear should really be ashamed since I need to pay for a premium in a third party app just to control internet access time.
It’s a free feature for almost every other router vendors :(

Premium not working after update
I am a premium customer but cannot acces the premium features after the latest update. Right now I’m paying for nothing :(

Very barebones
The inability to add custom filters for domains with more than one sub-domain (such as the ones Google, Facebook and other corrupt companies uses to track us and our children) or import and export HOSTS files are very frustrating limitation. The user interface is also horrible convoluted. That said, for the price of a Circle unit it’s quite nice but a half-measure.

Dessa funktioner borde vara tillgängliga gratis, 55kr i månaden är absurt för en så simpel app. Annars verkar appen toppen.

Våra barn sover, äter, städar och står i. Helt underbart bra. Enkelt att hantera i stället för att krångla med brandväggar, dubbla wifi osv.

Bedtime
The bedtime filter doesn't work. The filter doesn't have any effect on the devices assigned, the devices still connect to the internet.
