Kopplar inte till kameran
Kan bara se kameran När jag är uppkopplade till samma nätverk Wi-Fi som den är. Fungerar inte längre att vara ute och kika genom mobilen. Mobil internet verkar inte connecta till kamerans server. Så nu är kameran värdelös. Man ska behöva vara hemma för att se kameran som är hemma ?! Fixa detta!

Great but
It’s a great app but the lack of features is disappointing. For example why can’t I delete more than one clip at a time? I’m literally forced to delete hundreds of clips one by one. Or like today when I forgot the camera on for a week I have LITERALLY thousands of clips to remove, ONE BY ONE... Or why can’t I set an expiration on clips so unless they are saved the are automatically deleted after a chosen period?
The lack of features is making me use the app and camera way less than I should.

Offset needed
I'm using the app for my smart plugs. It works OK, but I really want to be able to say "sundown minus 60 min" or "sunup plus 30 min". Should be really easy to fix.

Need to confirm continue streaming
Using Kasa camera and app as baby monitor and recent update made it so we need to confirm continuous streaming once 5-10 minutes or something, then device goes to sleep. Please add option to make this a permanent setting instead!

Notifications not working
When trying to activate ‘activity notifications’ the response is ‘Operation failed, please try again later’.
If this is fixed I’ll leave a 5 star review.

Very easy app to use
I only miss an option to add an “offset” to the sunset and sunrise triggers, sometimes you would like to have the event a little before or a little after — a range of a few hours would do the trick.
In addition, it would be grand if you could move the events around in the list, to sort them.

Forced updates
You what, the cam firmware updates automatically and during that there is no access. Also the App update is forced, and if you decline you have no access to cameras. This is so deeply wrong when it comes to security.

Works god and have nice features such as “activity zones” and you get a notice if there is a movement in the zones.

I’ve changed my mind!
I had some issues in the beginning with clips that wasn’t available and notifications that didn’t work. But it seems they have fixed it!
It works quite good actually.
One thing though; why isn’t it possible to erase more than one clip at once?
My camera gets affected by the sun a lot and I end up with loads of recordings.

The app has gone real bad since the last update, dont update!
Six out of ten times you cant connect to the cameras :-(

One critical flaw
I generally like the app and the HS100 smart plugs, BUT... its REALLY annoying that the plugs restarts when there is a drop in the connection they are using, meaning that they force a reboot of the appliance using the plug. Not so fun if you have your router or something critical as a Ring/Arlo Hub etc connected to it. Also, it sometimes incorrectly displays what wifi is used.

Lack timestamping
Good camera and software - but lack timestamp/watermark on the videos. This means it is no good as evidence after a break in or other crimes.

The Kasa smart application does not work with Apple Watch, thats whay the low scoore. The developer should follow the trend by making the application compatible with Apple Watch, ASAP.
Otherwise, I like the application a lot.

Worked perfectly fine until iOS update 13.3. Now I can’t wake up to a bright room during dark winter times. No bulbs are found..

Enkel att installera. Kamerorna levererar mycket god kvalitet. Överlag mycket bra funktion. Jag jämför med D-Link jag hade innan, det här är mycket enklare och mer funktionellt i vardagen.
